Cozy Cottage - Centrally Located

Welcome to this 900 square foot, cozy, 3 Bedroom, 1 bath home, with a large fully fenced backyard! We have 2 bedrooms on the main floor with a queen bed in each bedroom. The third bedroom is up a short staircase from the kitchen (see pictures) and has two twin beds. The staircase is a little bit narrow and steep, and has a folding door that closes in the kitchen. Each bedroom has a place to put your luggage whether on a luggage rack, chair or both. There is a living room with a comfortable leather Ethan Allen sofa and loveseat, along with comfy dining chairs for your meals at home. We provided a designated workspace secretary desk in the living room that can be folded down and used for work if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with the equipment you need to prepare meals and have dinner. However, it does not have a dishwasher. The fridge is roomy at 14 cubic square feet but it is not full-sized. There is a stepstool next to the fridge to help guests reach the top shelves in the kitchen. A laundry room with newer washer and dryer is provided as well, with laundry soap / dryer sheets. A charcoal grill is provided in the backyard. Guests need to provide their own charcoal. We have an outdoor patio with a table and four chairs, along with two Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the space with your family and furry pals!
